HEAD COACH DRILL #8- FANTASTICS BODY MOVEMENT AND MAINTAINING BALANCE WHILE UNDER PRESSURE FROM THE OPPONENT

Good day friends, welcome to another episode of my drill. If you are looking for a way to keep fit, feel free to join me up. Remember that exercise is the key to sound health.

Body movement is vital when it comes to soccer play. If you lacks it, it will be very difficult for you to beat your opponent when time arises. As a soccer player, you must learn to hold the ball to your self while under pressure from your opponent.

I accomplished the aim of this drill by setting my to and fro hurdle. After it was set up, I gradually started moving the ball to and fro to the hurdles. This drill was made possible through support from my buddies.
