AGFA| The Instep-pass- Drill #1

Hello everyone. I've been talking about the Andre Gray Football Coaching Academy for a while now. The football academy that's built on the steem blockchain that passionately rewards the football lovers for taking part in simple drill.

Today I'll be doing the first drill which is known as the instep-pass. I did this with the help of some of my team mates after training. The drill involves hitting the ball to a team mate or against the wall.
