INITIATING AFRICAN MINDSET

Africa I know and I want to know is the most habitable and resourceful continent so far. It's a malady to remain where we used to be. Over the years breaking free from economic instability has been the major challenge of Africa generally. Underdeveloped, developing has been the usual tags for a wonderful continent of ours. This continent can't just be a better place until the veil on our eyes are opened, until our mental relation get upgraded and have a balancef enthusiasm for the change we desire.
Millions of young African students and graduates are willing to create the change. So far, they want to be self dependent (entrepreneurial): to earn money through hard work and innovation but how will that happen in the citadel of connections and corruption. Every change oriented youth want to be logical and ethical than the world they grew up in. Soaring the leadership throne looks like a taboo and they are uncertain as to where to begin.

CHANGE STARTS WITH ME
No doubt, I must have a servant heart.If I must be a leader indeed, I will be a mirror for servant service.

It's funny Seeing a university graduate pick up litter but I must confess it's a simple form of leadership. It's a pointer that such person has the power to lead by example.

Moreso, I have to do Hard work on the voices of women, minorities and the poor at every leadership table.If we don't consider diverse perspectives, developing broadly crucial solutions to the problems of our communities will be very hard. We have to raise a standard to ensure students have gender parity, and reflect socio-economic, religious and ethnic diversity. Africa’s future leaders are the present college students. Student educational forum will I create to carry them along in all spheres of Africa to ensure they are versatile as our countries and also give them the science of leadership to break the myth of stereotype: that the ideas of women, minorities and the poor will become part of the future products and policy. Great leaders are everywhere. We must recognize them, encourage them and give them the tools they need to succeed.

Ensure technology exposure: Isn't it awkward to see have college students in our community still have a big challenge doing research works. With the level of technology presently, it's very possible to educate the uneducated and also to advance learning in our community. continent where young brains are isolated from new innovation, there is no how they can be motivated to support the community. As an incoming leader, number one thing that is expected of me is to make everyone have access to the internet. So, if they are initiated to the internet, they have good brain for innovations.
