The Africa Tech Summit 2018 will be held on February 14-15 in Kigali Rwanda at the new 5 star Kigali Marriott Hotel. The convention is aimed at bringing together great companies and initiatives across the continent in a bid to connect them with international ventures, investors, and entrepreneurs who are truly focused on business and investment in Africa.

According to the Summit's website, "The two-day African tech event will explore the latest trends, connect 250+ key stakeholders from across the continent through keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking events.Africa Tech Summit London was launched in 2016 to share globally the growth in the tech ecosystem across Africa."
The summit is supported by the Rwandan Ministry for ICT, Rwanda Development Board, and RwandAir among others.
Topics to be discussed include: FINTECH, mCommerce, Future Trends, Big Data, AgriTech, Big Data and Connectivity.
Africa's biggest resource is its youthful populations. Millions of young Africans, as well as policymakers and regional governments, are recognizing how entrepreneurship is crucial in solving the continent's pressing challenges and is a big driver of economic growth.
