Why corruption should stop in African.

The photo you see above is the labs of a student in Africa who have decided not to read but take her time to design her labs with her lecture note just so she would cheat during her exam. This is very common in universities in Africa and it is very bad as it is down grading our higher institution, given it a bad image.
This all so have a very bad effect on our graduates globally, making it hard for them to get jobs.
A common question is why is Africa still far behind when research have it that it is very rich in natural resources and man power.
Some blame it on the government, some on the mentality and orientation of its people.
But i think it is high time we African's have stood up and do the right thing.
We need to start to frank at corruption at all levels and try as much as possible to be a law abiding citizen of our various countries.
I think if we can do this all this kind of stuffs as can be seen in the photo above would be at it least state.
Africa got talent and this must not be mocked
