Sun coming up over africa, be careful it is cold, cold, cold. Put on everything you have. Grab some hot tea, and watch the show! The snows of Kili are now below you and the world is waking up. One of the most beautiful sunrises of my life.

That's quite an epic climb from what I have heard. How long did it take you to get to the summit?
It was! I thought it was going to be "overrated". But it is not. It is amazing.
A huge, huge, huge volcano. Way up above the East African rift. Took about a week up and down. People do it faster but they also get really sick with altitude sickness... worth taking it slow! Thanks for stopping by!
