Africa, land of several meetings
It was in her where we see Joseph and his family prospering
It was in her that God gives his law
It was in her that God opened the sea and the river.
She welcomed the son of God!
It is called a Cradle
A cradle that today lives of inequality
Misery, hunger and death
A crib that welcomes war, genocide and suicides
A mother who cries, for pain hides the most beautiful
