Finaly I was cleared by The Great Centeral bank of Tanzania and I can make 23% ownership in Hakika Bank Official. We will have official board meeting and hand over of the shares after Christmas.

Tanzanian bank that was acquired 23% of its shares by Mr.Ricardo was Hakika Microfinance Bank!

Since I am busy with ADK-ETF, I have to wait until I meet Hakika's board members again the beginning of next year. Then I will get a seat among the board directors.

However, Mr.Ricardo said that he asked Hakika bank to make this fact public as soon as possible. There may be some announcements!
2. About Hakika's website

Is Hakika's website all right?
Can you really build online banking with them?

Someone says Hakika's website is old fashioned, but the guy seems to forget the reason why I bought a lot of Hakika's shares.
It is NOT because they have an excellent website,
because they have good customers in a non AEOI country and have a full banking license.
And as I said in the past, both websites and online banking will be improved.

So, what will you do if Tanzania becomes an AEOI country in the future?

Hmmm, First of all, Kenya and Tanzania will not sign that for a long time if ever. It is because they have never received any money from europe or other countries.
They are doing their thing and opening market for offshore banking.
Even if they would sign, we will find new ways as always have done.

To this kind of question, Mr.Ricardo said same answer 10 months ago. It is a consistent policy.
3. About fee of ADK bank

I will pay the opening fee for my account by ADK.
Do you have a system to pay the account maintenance fee by ADK?
[Ricardo]
We are working on some ideas.
For example, account holders might need to lock X amount of ADK their bank wallet in order to avoid fees.

I’m happy if the idea increases demand and value of ADK!!
4. ADK-ETF

15 USD is based on ADK being around 4-6 USD . If it would go higher up we will offcourse sell the ETF at higher price.
The ETF will be bought and sold via Stock brokers ... and this will only commence when ETF is fully listed. Yes, I am sure the 300,000 ETF will go very fast
- This we do not know, Maybe the demand for ETF will be higher then demand for Regular ADK leading to ETF price going up and having Regular ADK mimic ETF price.

5. Structure of ADK project

Regarding ETF, Regular ADK and banking.
It all comes together to create something that has never done before.
ADK project is a hybrid bringing banking, Stock market and crypto world into one bag.
This is something new and I can tell you that even the experts we talk to are excited and can not measure the long term effect in value.
6. Sumac bank increased $2 million funds

This article says Sumac bank made $2 million financing agreement, and Badoer Investments got 15.6% shares. ( I can’t read french, so it’s according to google translation )
