Africa has been ravaged by Europeans

Belgium..it was Belgium and its King Leopold who couldn't keep it in its pants. The rest of Europe abolished slavery, mostly successful. Not bad, I think. But anyway, good luck down there. The more successful Africa is, the better for the entire planet.
