By not releasing your anger and forgiving yourself, your body reacts to it by releasing stress hormones which can be detrimental to your health in the long term. The more anger and stress you accumulate, the more violent you will be once you release the energy from within.
Once you release the anger accumulated throughout the years, you will inflicted damage to yourself and everyone around you. You can shift your emotions by changing your perspective in life.
We can release our anger by accepting your mistakes and forgiving yourself. Fear of inadequacy is the source of our anger and we can change that by counting our blessings and be thankful to what we have.
