Tips for a Healthy and happy Life

  • Drink Lots of water, a good trick is to have a glass jug next to your kettle and fill the jug each time you make tea, keep the jug inview of everyone in your household.

  • Eat more green foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less processed foods, anything not packaged; carrots 🥕 , cucumbers 🥒 , paprika, onions , pumpkin 🎃 , sweet potatoes 🥔, garlic, tomatos 🍅, corn 🌽, spinach, celery etc

  • Take time for prayer, meditation in any forms, 10 minutes a day has amazing effects, good apps to use are Creation or Heads pace.

  • Have more fun and play games with family, friends or your partner, board games, tip, sports and cards.

  • Sleep for 8 hours everynight, if you have trouble sleeping set a similar time each night to go to bed, if you wake try to go back to sleep without getting up or using your mobile device, use screen dimmers on your phone, you can download dimmers which are darker then your standard phone brightness settings .

  • Try to walk every day even for 10 minutes and you will notice a great impact on your mood, sleep and health also while you walk , smile .

  • Do not compare your life to other people, you have no idea what's going on in there lives from the outside, everyone has problems or obstacles in their day to day life, be kind to everyone you meet.

  • When you notice your thinking negative thoughts, catch yourself and change the thought to a positive one with a good positive outcome, the more you do this the better at catching and changing them you will be and you will notice more positive outcomes in your life

  • Do not take yourself or life too seriously, no one else does and life is short, enjoy it as much as possible.

  • Dream of all the possibilities and things you want in your life more while you are awake.

  • Forget problems from the past. All thinking of past problems will do is destroy your current happiness.

  • Forgive people in your past for the wrongs they have committed against you so you will be more at peace, "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned." Buddha

  • You and you alone are responsible for your happiness, nothing external can bring you happiness.

  • Smile and laugh as much as possible, even if you have to fake it in the beginning, watching comedies and comedians is a great way to laugh.

  • You do not have to win every argument. Peace is better then winning, be calm, agree and stop arguing.

  • Call your family and friends often.

  • Each day help someone or give something to someone in need.

  • Spend time with people over 70 years old and less than 6

  • Your job will not take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will.

  • Get rid of clutter, anything that is not useful, beautiful or joyful, It will just collect dust, your home is a projection of your inner well-being.

  • However good or bad a situation is , it will change, life comes in waves.

  • When you wake up in the morning alive, smile and be grateful do not take it for granted – embrace life.

  • Life is Short Enjoy It
