In my opinion, this is a very bad adivse. Our world is ugly, death and pain is everywhere, but people close their eyes before it. Some people only want to see good things, but they will be the ones to crash the hardest, because they think inside of an illusion. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't be positive, but you should also not forget the darkness. This is also why I watch gore, nsfl or such things, because it reminds me of the truth. It is painful, but also sparks my intent to work for a better world and not only for yourself.
