" Hustle beats talent, when talent doesn’t hustle. " How true is that statement.  To achieve great success and to hit your goals, you must work and show up every day.  It just does not happen overnight or by accident.  One must really go to work on a consistent  basis.  This is the key .  Your work ethic  must be  manic and  crazy. People must say that you  are obsessed with your work  and goals.  You must remain  laser focus  and dedicated. It's the only way to get to the top of your  chosen field.  You must "hustle" more than the others.  One must  do the "unpleasant things" that others do not  want to do  so that one day  you will have all the "pleasant things" that others will not  have.  So to become a success in Steemit and build it to a great business, you must " hustle" big. It takes an incredible amount of  hard work and one must have the ability to stay with  it and do it every single day, whether you feel like it or not! Remember,  many can stay motivated for  a week,  some can stay motivated for a month, a few can stay motivated  for years, but a winner can stay motivated for how ever long it takes to win.  Remind yourself every day why you started in the first place and that in the end it will be all worth it. That the ends will justify the means.  Only then can one expect the wealth, success and freedom brought about by your "hustle and flow ."  The only time "success" comes before "work" is in the dictionary. Life warrants one to strive and struggle.  The striving  and the hard work  are  what develops one's character and fortitude.  The actions that you take are the building blocks of who you are today.  So enjoy the journey and "hustle" and grind  with a smile.  Let us encourage and support each other so we can all grow and prosper  with STEEMIT  platform.
