How To Handle Anything
If you are tired ,fatigued ,frustrated ,angry ,upset ,unfocused ·in such a state ,you are going to be making excuses much quicker ·you will not be able to hold yourself to the usual way of achieving things

│If you are up °focused °pushing °continuously taking action at the best that you can |you do not fear |you do not see things as problems ·you just see things as challenges that needs to be handled
people — whenever they get some kind of success / they are going through a tough time — |they start to slow down |they start to conserve |they start to be susceptible to things like °worry °doubt °fear °insecurity °confusion
they lack determination
Have that sorted very quickly and the only best way to prevent those ·stay °focused °persistent °determined ·keep doing what you are supposed to be doing no matter what pops up
E.g¹ whenever you see things that may be present potential challenges ⇒say :"I am going to handle it"
rather then ,
"this is something that I do not want to face
Do not accept such dragging thoughts in your heads folks |you got to hold yourself up |you got to keep pushing ·then you are able to handle things
Do not give up
Do not get scared ·go and do it
Do not let the doubt get to you ·you got to keep moving
Whatever pops up ,just get it handled ·That is the way you move
