To give advice on a topic you need to be successful in that matter. I can't give you the right advice, because our personalities are different, but I also have bad habits that are hard to get rid of.

Throughout the game, I only spent days at the computer to play the mouse and the keyboard, and this is a bad habit for both our personal health and other people around us.
Then it was very difficult to get rid of this habit, because the facility was in my own home. In the end I chose another activity, started to leave the house and act as a merchant. And this really helped a lot, I've never liked the game so far and I'm a little afraid to try it again.
Just because of these bad habits. The point is to find and adapt to a new activity, of course we can try to leave it as little as we expected, but at least we should dare to do the right attitude in our own lives.
