Death is not the Answer | Advice #1
Okay, so.. We all know that problems are inevitable, not even one of us can avoid having conflicts as we go on in life. The only thing that we can do is stay still, stand strong and pass all the obstacles .
I have been seeing a lot of people on Facebook lately who post quotes about having anxiety or depression, being suicidal and craving death to escape problems.
Tonight, I decided to search some quotes about these in Google and I will state my opinion. So, if some of you guys can relate to a specific quote or line.. I hope you hear my advice in the next line.
Let's start with this one.
Monsters in our heads are those which confuse us, these are the things that push us to do something we should not be doing. It is not easy to decide when there are hundreds and thousands of thoughts running in your head, and especially when you let emotion take over not only with your mind, but also with your heart.
The best thing to fight these monsters is to have control over your thoughts and feelings - start with a nice cup of coffee or a stroll in the park.. Let yourself be relaxed and when everything's peaceful, decide and choose what is right.
Problems should be shared too. At least, let it out on someone you know you can trust. Do not ever keep it inside, do not let it grow inside you, and do not wait for you to explode in tears and give up.. Because when you do, every single thing will be twice harder than before.
"Everybody makes mistakes" ; "Nobody's perfect" - one mistake would not define you. Remember, when you tried to do something but failed, it is not a reason for you to be disappointed with yourself, it is a chance for you to try harder.
That's it for this episode/chapter. I hope you guys think twice or thrice before hurting yourself more than the pain you feel right now.

Last time, I was thinking several times about suicide, why we have to stay alive and keep fighting. Always I postpone it to tomorrow; again and again. Life difficulties can be very big (I could write a book) but it help thinking there is always people suffering more as ourself. Staying alive to help those people and give a meaning to our lives could be a good reason to stay alive. It certainly does for me. Thank you so much. Bright blessings.
