You are aware that worry is a habbit; you have practiced worrying for so long it has become a mindset.
Your worries fall into three percentage categories according to study of case histories by a group of physicians who established worry as the greatest cause of illness, 40% of your worries are about the past ; 50% is about the future; 10% about present matter.
Practice the art of forgetting about past mistakes. You must affirm special faith in your future. You will overcome the problems, difficulties, fears, anxieties and insecurity.
