Lasang secret adventure park is part of Initao-libertad landscape and seascape protected area. The place was located in between the city of Cagayan de Oro and the city of Iligan. It was officially open to public in 2011 and was being managed by the Region X provincial tourism office.
(Enjoying and exploring the beauty of the forest)
The place offers a preserved forest where you can find a hundred year old trees and different species of plants, and some wild animals but unfortunately we didn't able to see one when we visit the place.
(conquering the caves)
more or less there are 30 caves in the place but only 4 are open to public, each cave has its own thrill. The cave also is the home of hundreds of bats.
(snorkeling time)
The place also is good for snorkeling, since it was preserved, there are some different fishes and coral reefs that resides to the place. They also have cliff diving but only usable when low tide and unfortunately when we visit there it was high tide so they didn't allow us to try to dive.
Visiting the place was like hitting 3 birds in 1 stone. why? because you can enjoy the beauty of the preserved forest plus the thrill that the caves gives and the cold and wonderful see were you can enjoy swimming and explore the reefs at the same time.
Come and experienced it by yourself.
I hoped that you enjoy reading my post and thank you for passing by. Mabuhay steemians!!
