The place where the mountain and the sea meet...

Once I heard a foreigner say that when she arrived to Venezuela and found the sea and the mountains on the same place, she instantly fell in love with my country. So much so, that the years have passed and she is still here.

Her story remained engraved in my memory, because something that was so common to me for her was a revelation.

Petaquire, is the perfect place to feel lucky to contemplate this magical encounter.

And that's not all, I have more to tell you about this amazing place! Let's go from the beginning...

First you must arrive to the town in Petaquirito, Vargas, and take a boat. The tour lasts about 15 minutes, time in which you have the opportunity to enjoy the blue of the sea, the sound of the waves and feel all the energy of the ocean.

Then, if you walk a little beyond the beach, you will find a 40-meters waterfall. Yes, 40 meters! There I had the opportunity to do canyoning. An incredible experience full of adrenaline.

Also in the landscape there are rock formations, abundant vegetation and a spectacular view. A place of my beautiful Venezuela that without a doubt, you have to know.
