When we are asked about emotions, we always tend to remember our bad feelings. Our feelings that are pleasant and unpleasant are our nature. We must accept all of these feelings, but we must remember the more pleasant ones.
A man laughs once at a joke, but he may cry a pain several times, or anger many times in a discussion. In fact, one of the most basic characteristics of human beings is researching and learning. By recognizing the tendency to focus on abuse, we can learn to move towards positive. Laughing and having fun is one of our most basic needs.
But in our daily lives we are so caught up in those who go wrong, so happiness seems to be too far away for us. However, as all wise people say, happiness is not dependent on external factors, but a choice from us. One can choose to be happy in every situation. I feel like you say how happy I am in all this trouble. Finding the positive side of each event.
Life is an adventure full of challenges. If we don't have difficulty, how do we get stronger. Strong man is not rich, muscular and strong. Strong man; self-confident, not afraid of the future woes, accepts life as it is and people can laugh at all odds.
