Road to Glory - Trip to the Hockenheimring!

This post series is about my life and will be written like my logbook. I will tell you everyday what I am do and why I do it. I do not write it for money, but for motivating myself every day to achieve my goals. I keep it as transparent as possible because I do not want to fail or embarass myself in front of all SteemIt-Users. Nobody likes it to fail and this logbook will prevent me from being lazy or lacking motivation. It will push me to continue with my hard work and get things done. Selfimprovement is the keyword and I will do it every day!
How my day went
Today we went to the trackdays to the Hockenheimring, one of the famous race tracks in Germany. For a small fee of 20€ for 20 minutes everyone was allowed to drive on the race track.
I like to be in Hockenheim and it's also a lot of fun to watch there, whether it's a car or a motorcycle event. Despite cold temperatures and icy winds we had a lot of fun on site and met many familiar faces.
Unfortunately I left my GoPro batteries at home, otherwise there would be some nice timelapses from the stands. Probably would have looked awesome with the cars on the track while the sun and clouds are moving.
Nevertheless, I took 1100 pictures with my Canon today and learned a lot about photography while testing many different settings. Selfimprovement 24/7
Afterwards we went to a friend's garden, had a barbecue, lit a campfire and spent some fun hours together. Every now and then taking a day off to do something with his friends is already a very cool thing.
In my opinion, friends are very important in life and you have to take your time for them every now and then. Having real friends can be very useful in many situations and make many things much easier. They are there for you and in difficult times they help you get back on your feet.
Do you know how much money you have? Probably you guys will be pretty sure about that. Do you know how many friends you have? Very few people know that.
It's funny how much importance we sometimes attribute to them. If you value camaraderie and friendship, then cultivate these relationships!
My video today needs about an hour to render instead of the usual 10 minutes. I suppose that's because I compressed 30 minutes of GoPro material to a few seconds. Next time I'll rethink the tactics. Everything is ready, I just have to render the video for dTube, compress it and upload it to dtube. Then it's probably 3:00 in the morning.
I hope I sleep well and get my duties back tomorrow. Wish you all a good night!

Be like a shark - not only dreaded and dangerous, but always aware that when you stand still you can no longer breathe, and you die. Stay motivated, work hard, be persistent, and you will achieve your goals. Hard work overrides talent. Keep that in mind!

Absolutely, happiness is best shared together, and besides that, you are stronger together, can improve yourself better together and actually do the things that require more than 1 person.
Going on an adventure alone is awesome, doing it together even more so.
Good friends who you can truly call brothers are worth more than almost anything else.
