I totally agree with you. What we eat is equally important. That's why I wrote about the Lyme diet as well ;0)
I keep posting about Lyme disease because it is easier to prevent it than to treat it. Since there is no cure for Lyme and the medical world is split in two when in comes to Lyme (those who recognize Lyme as a chroni illness and those to deny it), the people who get infected with Borelia find themselves under a massive cloud of confusion and they don't know where to start or who to turn to or trust.
