Hahahaha. Very creative story, @greenrun! I never would have imagined that ending. Full of fantasy nuances! That's what good stories do: they're not predictable and they get hooked from the first moment. Although it is a simple story, the reader feels identified because it narrates a credible event that can happen to anyone. So it would be the terrifying experience of finding a ghost that the idea of the boss having a girlfriend took a back seat. If you notice, in the end it was the guests who were surprised.
