My idea is just a hatch-ling and would take some time before I could present it properly.

I want the process of bringing in new people to the steem blockchain to be incentivized. Of course the idea is to create a fair system and not just paying money or getting paid to bring others. The community and groups that form by bringing in new people will promote their proteges and their work and get a stake in the earnings made by the new person.

The system obviously has be in place before we can start this but I think the general idea is there.
