congrats! keep up the great work.. Losing size is probably more important to me than Kg ;-).. If you are interested to try.. see if dropping bread helps.. as well as sugar.. Everyone is different, but i noticed that just dropping all bread and pastas REALLY let the pounds drop off!!

Wow, thank you so much for the upvote! :D Yes I have dropped bread pasta and pastries which is defo helping :) I feel a lot less bloated!
