Small Things to Do Today to Feel Good and Gain More Energy

Thailand.jpgIt's the weekend and time to take some rest or prepare for getting rest tomorrow. How about doing a few things today that lift your spirits through the ceiling?

A few quick things to do:

Do a small nice thing for someone today
Pick someone some flowers. Buy a kid an ice cream. Give a homeless person a meal. Call and tell your mom and dad you love them. Kiss your significant other and tell that person how special they are. All of these things cost little or nothing but add to that person's life and make you happy as well. Do it today.

Take a nap
Taking a small nap re-energizes your body and puts you in a great mood. Take fifteen minutes to an hour and you wil be happy you did.

Take a walk
Smell the flowers listen to the birds, look at the tress and architecture. Every time you take walk you will notice things you never saw before. It is always the potential for a great adventure.

Meditate
meditation is easy. Simply sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and let your mind relax. It will run like a wild person in the beginning but after a while it will calm down. You can use meditation to relax, clear your thoughts and even to be more creative. After you meditate, you will feel renewed.
