Is ADHD / ADD REAL ? - My Theory [off-topic]

In my opinion, ADHD is a trait, like sadness, every human has. However, some people, just like sadness/depression, have it much worse than others. It's a scale. Some people have very little trouble, some have lots. Personally, I'm in the middle. I could be wrong about this and it's just a theory, but it's an interesting topic, nonetheless.
