Stay focus
Keep your handphone aside, inform your family members or friends to leave u alone and eat a full meal before you want to focus on your work

I have my focus aura. But it's not perfect.

The problem is: sometimes I need that satanic device to authenticate stuff or communicate, whatever. Even is I silence notifications work related stuff can be in nonproductive SM also. Sometimes I can focus more if my belly is empty, (but not super empty )
