I salve my conscience-, if not my lungs - by smoking locally grown tobacco with zero additives in it.
My cough is much healthier!
(seriously - I can tell a massive difference in my breathing since I switched over.)

I have to roll my own of course, and need to stick a filter in it - it's not the smoothest smoke in the world!lol
