Meh... someone's just going to figure out how to block adds wihtout being detected.
Right now ad-blockers block specific things from loading, which means it's detectable if the website checks if said things have loaded, but I can imagine it'd be possible to just "hide" the content from the user, still letting the website itself access the ad content.
