Our clients are often wondering why does this problem arises, and we want to explain that the only reason for this problem exists - incorrectly specified wallet.
It often happens that users make a transfer from the wallets of various exchange platforms, which in fact, are not the holder’s personal wallet. Sometimes clients indicate the address of the wallet that is not linked to the site. The transaction goes through, but the client cannot see tokens in his/her personal account. The question arises: "What is wrong?”
This happens due to the fact that the client specified his/her personal wallet on the ADAB Solutions' website, and made the transfer from a completely different wallet, that is not tied to the site.
Please remember! During the registering process on the ADAB Solutions site, you must specify your personal wallet, from which payment will be made.
The platform will accept the payment if the transaction was made from another address, but the tokens will not be displayed in the personal account. If the transaction passes exactly from the specified during the registration wallet, tokens will be displayed in the personal profile.
