Can We Really Do This? Neutralize Dangerous Toxic People?

One of humanities biggest challenges will be to keep toxic, difficult people etc- out of any positions that wield influence and dare I say it? Power. The present roles of psychopaths, narcissists, and other uncaring types will be 'gamified', meaning no one gets hurt, no reprisals, no violence, they continue on in game mode with each other. The Earth could indeed be inherited by warmer, more reasonable and loving types of people, and this might be something that an AI could help humanity with. Meanwhile life goes on under what is essentially a global militaristic rule or occupation (think 'alliances'), under the guise of freedom and democracy........Our planets increasingly toxic state is the timer in our face, so screw 'Ye good olde daze', this is the moment that matters, the moment to restart being alive.
