"Yellow Vests" at 4/20 Protest in Canada
The Yellow Vest Movement is gaining momentum in many countries around the world, starting in France, but now spreading to Germany, Sweden, Belgium, and Netherlands!
It began with a reaction to overtaxation, and the yellow vests were a government requirement in all vehicles and bicycles, so protesters donned their vests in a symbolic gesture of unity against oversized corrupt government.

I haven't seen or heard of anything happening here in the Vancouver activist scene - yet.
If something starts up, it might be difficult to find a yellow vest for everyone, because they're not very common here. But we DO have some yellow vests that show up at protests!
Yes, our police wear the yellow vest, especially at protests! That's my wife @MediKatie doing a dab of her cannabis medicine in downtown Vancouver last 4/20 (April 20th). That was Robson Street, behind the Vancouver Art Gallery, a traditional protest location for our city.
There were actually 25+ yellow vested police lined up but my camera could only capture half of them at a time!
They make a decent background for dabbing pics :)

I'm imagining riots where you can't tell the police from the rioters because ~everyone~ is wearing yellow vests.
If the people manifest in those numbers, we'll get anything and everything we demand! Let's hope, bro.
