I think posts like this are important on Steemit. Unfortunately, they tend to be the kind of posts that don't receive upvotes, resteems, etc. Happy and positive videos are more likely to get upvotes (and therefore, support for the poster to continue his work). This leads to more posts about happy and positive topics, and less about difficult and upsetting topics like prohibition, and abusive police actions.
In any case, thank you for watching! If you're willing and able to support in any way, thank you again.
Don't get too frustrated. I was happy to see that first post do so well but it can be misleading. I just went through my account, I posted for 3 months before I made $1.00 on a post. LOTS of posts got nothing, and every post made less than a buck for MONTHS. You have to build followers. Only 127 see your posts right now. When you post it, it hits the front page of the new tab for about 10 seconds, then it is pushed off by newer stuff. Get out, mix and mingle, COMMENT and UPVOTE on everyone who is posting likeminded stuff. I recommend you go read some of @choosefreedom's posts. Then look at who she is following. Look through my followers, some of the names are obviously sympathetic.
And this is the weird part... understand that most of us are looking to move past "preaching to the choir" and LIVE IT here. We know. We are not hiding from anything. We are creating an economy without banksters, so... Yeah, we are kinda' happy.
