I threw a protest at City Hall today

Canada's "legalization" is coming, and it means long prison terms for anyone growing or using cannabis outside the official government regime.

14+ years for growing one plant? That's not what we voted for, and it's not acceptable in a supposedly free society.

So @MediKatie and I organized a little protest down at Vancouver City Hall. The weather was great and we had several excellent interactions with the public!

That's my wife (below and to the right), and a friend of ours.

Remember, you can make a difference in your life and in your community. You CAN create positive changes if you believe in yourself, set goals, and work hard. If you think "it's pointless", it isn't! I've seen my efforts make a huge difference, time and time again. It's empowering, and addictive in a good way. Believe that you're capable, and then go out and prove it to yourself.

It doesn't have to be a protest. Have a salad instead of a burger.
Like they say, "be the change"! You got this.
