Heute war ein ganz mieser Tag. Mein ganzer Körper schmerzt. Ich weiß nicht was los ist. Mehr als die paar Schritte waren nicht drin. Ich hoffe dass morgen alles wieder normal ist.

Worse day today. My whole body hurts like hell. I don't know what's going on. I couldn't make more steps today. I hope everything is going to be well tomorrow.
