Beim Laufen verklebt die Lunge aufgrund von Hitze und Staub. Der Körper reagiert sofort mit Schweißbildung und hört gar nicht auf. 4-6 Liter Wasser muss ich zu mir nehmen, um durch den Tag zu kommen. Sommer.

When walking, the lungs stick together due to heat and dust. The body reacts immediately with sweating and does not stop at all. I have to take 4-6 litres of water to get through the day. Summer.
