My Actifit Report Card: Back in Bangkok, Straight to the gym
We're back in Bangkok and after indulging ourselves with European food (bread, cheeses, cold cuts and wine), it's time to get fit. We have both put on three kilos respectively, but it shows more on Sam. 😜 Sam's gym membership expires on the 7th of December, so he has time to get himself in shape before the Christmas season of over-eating starts again. Becca had to renew her membership for the next month as she didn't do the annual membership like Sam did.
Our gym session started with a 20 min jog/run on the treadmill where Sam covered 4.35km and Becca ran 3.52km. The Actifit app is on Sam's phone and registered only 2,000 steps when it should be more! We continued our workout with a Ab workout using "Six Packs in 30 Days" app. It's actually a 90 day program split into three different levels of 30 days. We shall see if we get six packs in 90 days. Watch this space! Finally, we spent the last ten minutes of the hour to cycle on fitness bikes. The other 3,000 steps or so were made up during the day; walking here and there.

Thanks @thereikiforest! Yea the intention is always there, but when the results don't show it tends to slide. So, just got to keep at it and believe in the long-term gains! :D

Thanks @actifit! Trying to register my movements as often as I can, but keep on forgetting to keep the app open or in the background. Would love a way to mitigate data (data sharing) from Huawei Health app to Actifit. Maybe one day?
