Free run (My Actifit Report Card: septiembre 19 2018)
Today we are back again to the Summer time!
Storms and clouds have disappeared and the temperature has risen to 28 degrees Celsius...
Weather is crazy these days... isn’t it?
Anyway, after yesterday's interval workout today we had a "free run" workout, consisting on running by feelings, starting softly and increasing the pace km after km.... from 5'45"/km pace to 4'25"/km at the end of the 7th Km...
Then back again to the slow "motion"...
I have to tell you that the good feelings of yesterday have gone... today, despite a less demanding workout, the temperature and humidity was so much...
Summary:
- 9.5 Km in 50'...
- Average Heart Frequency: 140 bpm
- Maximum Heart Frequency : 168 bpm
- Total time including cool down and stretching 58'
