Piatto particolare

Voglio condividere con voi il piatto che ho mangiato l’altro giorno al ristorante: ravioli al nero di seppia ripieni di salmone con una crema di mascarpone e granella di pistacchi! Me lo ricordo troppo bene perché mi è piaciuto un sacco!

Invece Antonio ha preso un normalissimo brasato in umido con polenta ma molto buono anche il suo!

Mi dimentico sempre che potrei fare le recensioni su Tasteem.. ormai è andata così...
