Actifit Testimonial: What I’ve achieved in ~3 months

I have been using Actifit as my main activity tracker (with fitbit) since mid march. When I started delegating a chunk of my Steem Power (~250SP which I still keep delegated).

I didn’t want to keep myself as a “passive delegator” so I decided to give it a try and combine my daily routine (I have a physical work) with a freshly new gym membership.

Started doing 3 weekly workouts, And I managed to post “almost” every other day.

After around ~3 months and almost ~70 reports I’ve gladly achieved the following milestones which (by far) is the best possible reward for using Actifit:

*Reduced my weight from 93,9kg to 85,6
*Reduced my IMC from 27,1 (clearly chubby) to 25,3 (almost ‘normal’ status).

And for what I’m most proud of:

*Reduced my Fat Index from a 25,8% to ONLY 20,5%

In other words; I’ve destroyed the 20% of mu body fat in mere 90 days.

Or: from the 8,3kg that I managed to lost, 6,7 are pure FAT.

This results obviously are just mine and I’m the one who’s feelin’ happy with them. But from a objective standpoint, it’s clear that @actifit can be a gamechanger to keep yourself motivated while you’re being rewarded with real crypto.

Did I said that in top of that I accumulated +6000 AFIT tokens only delegating & posting?

Yep, rewards keep coming for the ones who keep pursuing.

I’ll try to measure myself in the coming months an I’ll keep sharing my progress.
