My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2018
Today i travelled to a nearby town but instead of using a car i decided to walk to gain some fitness.
I walked to and from the town and had some small visits tp my friends apartments.
Now it's evening i feel much better about walking.
I have not used any means of transport today other than walking.
