Yes for me thats the perfect temperature I must say wish it would stay like this :) I am taking it easy with the steps now trying for between 5 and 7.5 K I think thats a good balance but I know some days I will go over that but occasionally that is fine.

Brothers can be like that its interesting watching the world ranking changing every couple of days as the games go one, its good fofor me to see NZ back in Number 1 again LOL
