My "problem" is that I'm the first on the line to cover vacations and that provoques that I have not a stable work role... One day could be on mornings and next on nights...
But that's part of the work.... Luckily looks like next 5 months I'll be imparting coursesn and preparing new people to work with us...

I see so your on swing shift covering where needed I hate to say it but that’s the hardest as your not in a regular routine
I do hope that changes to a regular shift soon or maybe it has with you running courses
