My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2018
I did a fair amount (3k steps) while at work. We had a fairly slow day today and I had to make a few extra trips back and forth from office to warehouse in an effort to make my goal.
I got home and prepared supper. I warmed the roast chicken and potatoes I made on Sunday. I also made shells and cheddar.
I still have to keep my phone on and unlocked in my pocket for the counter to work.
