My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2018

Walked a moderate amount at work today. Friday is usually my clean up day at work. As I have been lately, I am walking extra rounds and walking instead of driving a forklift to where I need to be.

I hope I can keep up this momentum for the weekend as I don’t usually achieve my goal of 5k on Saturday or Sunday.
