Aujourd’hui, j’ai aidé à transformer 250 kg de tomate en sauce ! Coupez les tomates en 2, faire cuire ces tomates avec de l’oignon et autres épices, on la passe à la machine pour extraire son jus et après stérilisation des bocaux !
