Smoke breaks and taking dumps - My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2018
Most steps are just me forgetting where my coffee is then going for a nmoke break. I will start to make coffee, forget I was doing that look for my mug then boil the water again. Go for a piss maybe take a dump then remember I need to make my coffee still. Get coffee then it finishes and the cycle starts again.
A great minimal effort fitness routine.
