My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2018

Today I spent a majority of the day cleaning and organizing my house. It sure has a lot of stairs tho, so it is still alot of steps. I ended my day with a 4.09km jog! My husband and I are trying to train for 5km run to raise money for a local charity
