I really understand about the back thing, you can tell how far you can push it....or lift it!
The steps.... I can cut LOTS of firewood, and get very few steps!!!
It takes hiking after I cut firewood......That was my day today!
In my mind I hit 50,000 steps Lol!!
I hope you feel OK in the morning!!!
